As a Vice President of Property Management you will lead our team of Regional Managers to drive value across a portfolio of multifamily communities through effective leadership, financial insight, operational consistency, and innovative business strategies. This role partners closely with leaders throughout the organization to ensure alignment with company goals, culture, and strategic priorities.
- Oversees operations of a portfolio of multi‑housing communities.
- Monitors financial performance and drives maximized bottom‑line profitability.
- Mentors and develops middle management; builds bench strength and establishes clear, measurable goals that support property and employee success.
- Ensures consistency in operations, identifies best practices, and leads enterprise‑level implementation.
- Fosters a healthy, collaborative team environment grounded in trust, integrity, and accountability to achieve industry‑leading results.
- Partners with Construction on management‑related considerations for new development and renovation projects.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and effective leadership acumen across diverse teams.
- Develops and implements improved systems to monitor operating performance and team productivity.
- Maintains current knowledge of compliance, legal, and code requirements to ensure company adherence to policies, Fair Housing, and all state and federal regulations.
- Executes special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Demonstrated success working efficiently without direct supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities across varied operational and systems issues.
- Advanced problem‑solving skills and sound judgment.
- Well‑developed interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strength in employee development, coaching, and performance management.
- Ability to work extended hours when needed to meet critical deadlines.
- Previous experience as a real estate executive or similar senior‑level role.
- Management, sales, and marketing experience strongly preferred
