Turnaround and Restructuring Manager

My client is seeking a driven and skilled Turnaround & Restructuring Manager. This role is with a reputable turnaround and restructuring firm, known for its T&R solutions, strong culture, and opportunity for growth.

• Develop and build 13-week cash flow forecasts and three-statement financial models from scratch.
• Analyze financial statements and operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
• Lead and manage turnaround plans and restructuring initiatives, collaborating with senior team members and clients.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Travel as required to client sites and other locations to support project execution.

• 4-7 years of experience in turnaround and restructuring, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building 13-week cash flows and three-statement models from scratch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
