SALES & OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - CRATING, Nefab Americas

Our Operations organization plays a critical role in enabling profitable growth through strong planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment. We are now looking for a Director S&OP Crating to join our regional Operations leadership team.

As Sales and Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the end-to-end regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You will act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure demand, supply, and financial plans are fully aligned with the regional business strategy. This role is a key driver in establishing a structured, data-driven, and collaborative S&OP process across the Americas region.

Role

You will be part of the Operations leadership organization and work closely with regional and global stakeholders across multiple business units. In this role, you will:

  • Design, deploy, and continuously improve the regional S&OP process in alignment with global standards
  • Facilitate the full monthly S&OP cycle, including Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP, and Executive S&OP
  • Ensure integration and alignment of demand, supply, and financial planning across all regional business units
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to validate assumptions, evaluate scenarios, and recommend actions
  • Drive adoption of standardized planning calendars, cut-off dates, governance routines, and decision frameworks
  • Identify, assess, and elevate risks and opportunities related to capacity, demand, and inventory
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards covering forecast accuracy, service level, inventory performance, and plan adherence
  • Support change management initiatives and capability building across regional teams to strengthen S&OP maturity

This position is located in the Dallas, TX, area but is flexible for the right candidate, and will report to the VP of Operations.

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role, you bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in integrated planning within complex, multi-country environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in S&OP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or planning management within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional planning processes at a regional or multi-country level
  • Strong understanding of both demand and supply planning fundamentals
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, including the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations
  • Experience implementing planning systems, tools, or process frameworks
  • Strong systems knowledge, preferably Infor M3 or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is an added asset)
