Job SummaryAs the Director of Operations, you will manage the food service operation and maintain established costs and quality standards in order to ensure superior service and maximize profits. The ideal candidate will have multi‑unit leadership experience of large volume accounts and:
Operational Leadership :
Minimum 5–7 years of experience overseeing multi‑unit or large‑scale operations, preferably in hospitality, food service, facilities management, retail, or a similar service‑driven industry.
Financial Management :
Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, labor management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
People Leadership :
Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing diverse teams; strong coaching and talent‑building skills.
Process Optimization :
Experience improving operational workflows, implementing efficiencies, and ensuring compliance across multiple locations.
Customer & Client Focus :
Ability to build strong relationships, respond to escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Communication :
Clear communicator who can influence across levels—frontline teams, peers, and senior leadership.
Technical Proficiency :
Comfortable with systems used for scheduling, reporting, inventory, and operational analytics.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or related field). Equivalent experience is acceptable for exceptional candidate.
