We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to lead and optimize operational performance across the organization. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement while aligning day-to-day operations with long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a data-driven approach to managing complex teams and processes.

Position Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead, develop, and execute operational strategies that support business goals and growth initiatives.
  • Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track operational effectiveness.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost across operations.
  • Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operations teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Financial & Resource Management
  • Oversee operational budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources to meet operational and financial targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational priorities.
  • Support change management initiatives and operational scalability.
Prerequisites
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior operations leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and lead teams through change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred, but Not Required)
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence certifications.
