Build, coach, and maintain a store team to meet At Homes Vision, Mission, Values, and business objectives while following all Company processes and policies.;
Recruit, interview, and hire team members to ensure a positive customer experience and ensure new hires are properly trained.;
Lead and manage the Zone Lead team, drive performance, set goals and implement performance improvement actions.;
Review store financial data, develop budgets, financial plans, and strategies to maximize sales and profits.;
Oversee visual merchandising, transitions, product assortment changes, and store resets to maintain visual integrity and customer experience.
