The Collagen Co. is looking to add a Logistics & Fulfillment Manager to their team. This person will be the first hire in the US and will be responsible for the execution and governance of outsourced logistics and fulfillment operations, with primary responsibility for 3PL performance, inventory accuracy, and customer experience outcomes. This is a hands‑on, execution focused role operating in a build phase and requires strong operational discipline, effective partner management, and comfort in operating through third‑party providers.

The Logistics & Fulfillment Manager Will Be Responsible for the Following:
- Ensure inbound receipts, storage, handling, and outbound execution are completed accurately and in line with agreed SLAs and customer service standards
- Ensure inventory discrepancies are identified, investigated, and resolved promptly
- Coordinate freight movements between contract manufacturers, suppliers, 3PL locations, and marketplace fulfillment nodes as required
- Own fulfillment‑related customer experience outcomes, ensuring delivery performance aligns with brand expectations and service standards
- Monitor and improve last‑mile delivery performance, including on‑time delivery, transit times, carrier performance, and delivery expectations
- Ensure logistics and fulfillment processes are clearly documented, understood, and consistently followed
- Owns operational use of systems supporting fulfillment and logistics execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years' experience in logistics, fulfillment, or operations roles within asset‑light or outsourced models
- Proven experience managing 3PL partners, including SLA governance, issue resolution, and performance management
- Hands‑on experience operating in build or scale‑up environments, where processes and cadence are still being established
- Experience managing last‑mile delivery performance, carrier relationships, and customer‑facing service metrics
- Highly execution‑focused, detail‑oriented, and disciplined, with a calm, structured approach under pressure
