As a Regional Manager at JLL, you will lead and oversee operations across the North Texas markets (Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin), driving strategic growth while ensuring exceptional client service delivery. - Lead strategic planning and execution across multiple markets within your assigned region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local market opportunities
- Manage and mentor regional teams, including senior directors, market leaders, and support staff to drive performance and professional growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders to expand market presence and secure new business opportunities
- Oversee financial performance including revenue targets, budget management, and profitability analysis across all regional operations
- Collaborate with global and national leadership teams to implement best practices, share market insights, and contribute to organizational strategy
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for service line expansion and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards across all regional activities
- Drive innovation initiatives and technology adoption to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Represent JLL at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership in the market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate or related professional services industry
- Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving revenue targets in a multi-market environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience developing and retaining high-performing talent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Deep understanding of commercial real estate markets, including leasing, capital markets, property management, and advisory services
- Experience with budget development, financial analysis, and strategic planning processes
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships while driving business development initiatives
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Real Estate, or equivalent professional designation)
- 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate with at least 5 years in regional or multi-market leadership roles
- Professional certifications such as CCIM, SIOR, CRE, or similar industry credentials
- Experience working with global or national commercial real estate firms
- Proven success in mergers and acquisitions, market expansion, or new service line development
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools
