Lumexa Imaging is seeking an experienced detail-oriented Facility Service Manager in Arlington, TX (Hybrid Remote).
About the RoleThe Facility Service Manager is responsible for overseeing Lumexa Imaging’s facility-related service operations across all supported sites. This role serves as Lumexa Imaging’s primary owner of facility maintenance management performance, ensuring our Integrated Facilities Management Program or IFMP delivers services in alignment with Lumexa Imaging standards, SLAs, budgets, compliance requirements, and patient-care expectations. This position provides governance, visibility, and escalation management for all facility service activities while partnering closely with the IFMP to ensure optimized intake, coordination, outcomes, and reporting.

- Ensure services support clinical environment uptime and uninterrupted imaging operations.
- Serve as the primary Lumexa Imaging liaison between the IMFP and Lumexa Imaging’s manager and facility operators.
- Monitor the IFMP performance against contractual SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead regular performance reviews, scorecard reporting, and service business reviews with IMFP.
- Identify service gaps, trends, and implement improvement opportunities.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of high-impact issues.
- Develop and foster a relationship with Lumexa Imaging’s IFMP and Lumexa Imaging operators to ensure facility requests follow standardized intake, triage, and dispatch workflows.
- Ensure appropriate and timely prioritization of facility issues impacting patient care or clinical operations.
- Drive consistency in communication, updates, and closure documentation.
- Ensure facility services meet regulatory and safety standards, including:
Life safety and environment of care requirements. Local, state, and federal facility regulations. - Support audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
- Proactively identify facility-related risks and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor facility service spending and budget adherence.
- Review invoices, validate scope of work, and confirm contract compliance.
- Support forecasting and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Partner with leadership on contract renewals, amendments, and service expansions.
- Develop and maintain facility performance reporting and dashboards.
- Track trends in response times, downtime impact, repeat issues, and cost drivers.
- Provide executive-level summaries and recommendations for leadership.
- Must be flexible to work a schedule within our hours of operation.
- Must be employed with the organization for 6 months and in good standing if a current existing Lumexa Imaging employee.
- Must be authorized to work within the United States of America.
- Must reside in the DFW area.
- Must be willing to travel onsite to facilities as needed (approximately 25%)
- 5+ years in facility management, healthcare operations, or service delivery.
- Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Facility Management Professional Certification (FMP) highly desired
- Experience managing outsourced facility service providers (CBRE, JLL, etc.).
- Familiarity with centralized service models or call-center-based intake preferred.
- Healthcare, imaging, or multi-site operations experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong vendor and contract management experience.
- Facility operations knowledge within healthcare or regulated environments.
- Ability to manage escalations and high-impact service events calmly and decisively.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills across clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
- Experience with ERP and CMMS systems. Preferably Oracle and Nuvolo.
