Anistar is seeking a Data Center Project Manager for our client working throughout the state of Texas. Our client is one of the leading hyperscale integrators in the United States.

IdealCandidate
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and must maintain a highly analytical and problem solving mindset while working as a team player and must possess the following:
Job Duties- Accountable for the safety, quality, schedule and cost on assigned projects.
- Responsible for assuring availability of resources with proper expertise and tools to support assigned project execution.
- Must have ability to read and understand customer provided prints and determine required tasks.
- Responsible for managing 3‑5 crews on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Manage multiple data center construction projects concurrently, ensure quality delivery on schedule.
- Develop less senior project managers through direct support and mentoring efforts.
- Review assigned data center construction projects for accuracy, profitability, and adherence to corporate values.
- Perform periodic QA inspections of assigned field projects.
- Participate in pre‑construction and regular status meetings with customers and other vendors.
- Ensure clear expectations, scopes of work.
- Conduct site surveys and validate that plans, materials, and expectations align with conditions.
- Collaborate with peers and operations management to ensure project success.
- Regularly meet with each team member to review goals, progress, and KPIs.
- Actively coach and mentor your team members to insure employee growth and success.
- Identify and solicit resources for training and employee education to ensure employees have sound knowledge on technical and business practices.
- Foster the use of new/innovative concepts in the development of project designs and proposals.
- Encourage your team to seek advice from technical experts in the industry to be more successful, efficient, and timely.
- Review and approve time sheets, expense reports, and invoices for assigned employees.
- Evaluate employee performance in accordance with company policy and job requirements.
- Always promote a strong Safety Culture with staff and contractors.
- Provide oversight and leadership for team members, consultants, and contractors to complete project assignments on schedule.
