What You Will Do:

Lead end-to-end management of a group of creative projects. This includes intake to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Run point between creative, marketing, product, legal/compliance, and external vendors to ensure smooth project transitions and milestones

Implement and refine creative production processes, SLAs, and playbooks that scale with the business

Quickly identify upstream bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions that ensure speed, collaboration, and resource allocation

Maintain and optimize project management tools to support efficient workflow tracking and reporting to relevant stakeholders

Facilitate communication and alignment across other teams as needed, to ensure efficient creative review processes, correct deliverables and content, and hand-offs

Oversee creative review workflows to ensure all assets meet brand, regulatory, and legal standards

Partner with channel teams to maintain up-to-date guidelines and best practices, ensuring all final deliverables meet platform standards

Track creative team performance metrics, prioritization, resource utilization, and project timelines to inform leadership decisions

E xperience running creative operations in high-growth, performance-driven environments (fintech, startups, e-commerce, etc )

Experience managing high-volume creative production across multiple channels and formats

Comfortable designing and scaling workflows, SLAs, and playbooks that balance speed with compliance

Uses data and insights to guide prioritization, capacity planning, and continuous optimization

A collaborative team player, who can quickly identify and make decisions that protect prioritization and project timelines
