Summary:
As the Resident Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of the community, ensure an exceptional resident experience, and foster a strong sense of community. You will work closely with your direct manager, prioritizing move-in satisfaction, renewal acquisition, and serving as the primary liaison to the Support Services Team. This role collaborates with the Sales Leadership team to ensure a smooth customer transition from prospect to resident.
By creating a warm and inviting environment, organizing resident appreciation events, and maintaining an active and engaging social media presence, you will contribute to building a vibrant community that meets residents’ needs today, tomorrow, and every day.
Compensation overview:
Hourly starting USD or 56,160 USD annually. The full range is 27.00–38.96 USD per hour depending on experience, tenure, and location. Bonus:
Average monthly bonus potential is 20% of base salary, paid quarterly. Total Starting Annual Compensation Potential: 67,392 USD (56,160 base + 11,232 bonus potential).

- Customer Focus:
Ensure timely response to resolve or escalate resident issues appropriately. - Lead resident package management and prepare move-in day documentation, inspections, and other steps to guarantee a seamless move-in experience for incoming residents.
- Conduct move-in day welcome appointments and post-move-in communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Service Manager to monitor the Work Order Program and conduct post-work order follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Administrative Support:
Review maintenance make-ready/move-in/move-out schedules to efficiently handle move-outs and ensure timely preparation for upcoming move-ins; manage the notice to vacate process and associated paperwork; support Move Out Inspection and related programs.
- Process monthly invoices in adherence to Procurement Policy.
- Proactively monitor expenses and adjust spending according to monthly operating budgets.
- Detail monthly variances and provide recommendations to the direct manager.
- Assist in the management of Funnel CRM queue management.
- Support unguided prospect tours through signage, prepared apartments, and greeting prospects.
- 2–3 years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-family environments;
Microsoft Office skills; undergraduate degree preferred. - Three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a multifamily environment and/or property management operations.
- Knowledge of Funnel CRM and Microsoft Office 365 required.
- Transferable apartment industry sales-related experience preferred.
