Jamail & Smith Construction is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and oversee operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
. This role is ideal for a construction leader with a passion for K–12 education projects and deep expertise in Job Order Contracting.

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, quality, and profitability of construction projects within your region. You will provide leadership and direction to estimators, project managers, and superintendents while ensuring operational excellence, strong client relationships, and consistent execution across all projects. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape regional growth and drive continued success.

• Lead and manage regional project management and estimating teams, along with subcontractor, vendor, and client relationships
• Partner with Accounting to develop regional business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Establish, implement, and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient regional operations
• Review and approve project-related expenditures within assigned authority, including project costs and regional overhead
• Serve as a key representative of Jamail & Smith, building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensure thorough project closeout, documentation, and compliance with company standards
• Grow and strengthen the regional subcontractor base in collaboration with the team
• Uphold quality, safety, and performance standards across all regional operations
• Drive profitable execution of all regional projects
• Oversee organization and maintenance of construction documents and project records using Procore

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related construction experience required.
• Experience managing a construction team of 5 or more employees.
• Extensive experience in Job Order Contracting.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence at a local level and across a broad organization.
