Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in multifamily construction or related projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling and cost control principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with contract administration and budget management
- Proven ability to manage risks and develop client relations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
