Motivate and inspire the team by delivering a compelling vision and purpose.;
Establish and communicate clear expectations and hold the store management team and self-accountable for achieving brand, performance and behavior standards.;
Build and support effective relationships with peers, supervisor, field leadership and cross-functional partners to lead positive change; cascade communication across the store organization.;
Act as the leader on duty and consistently model the brand customer service standards and Customer First selling behaviors.;
Establish the store business strategy including forecasting sales that reflect store trends and drive KPI results, including CRM, Loyalty, and technology.
