Operations Manager
As a member of the ANDRES Operations team, the Scheduling Manager supports the planning, coordination, and tracking of project schedules from preconstruction through construction. By working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams, the Scheduling Manager helps ensure projects stay on track, major milestones are met, and resources are aligned—supporting ANDRES’ continued success in Dallas and across Texas.
Key Responsibilities:Schedule Development & Planning
Facilitate and drive the development of detailed project schedules from preconstruction through construction
Work with project teams to develop and maintain schedules using Touchplan
Develop major milestones, activities, approvals, long-lead item procurement, and other critical project deliverables
Establish realistic activity durations and schedule constraints to ensure achievable timelines
Coordination & CommunicationEffectively communicate schedule expectations and updates with Preconstruction and Project Management teams
Interact with Project Managers, Superintendents, and project staff to define scope of work and update schedules accordingly
Coordinate with clients to track procurement dates for materials and equipment
Provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and management reporting purposes
Progress Monitoring & ReportingEvaluate project schedule progress and performance, identifying potential problem areas proactively
Assist the project team in developing and maintaining periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress
Ensure schedules are prepared and maintained in compliance with contract requirements
Project Management SupportManage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously, ensuring all schedules remain accurate and up to date
Support project decision-making by providing timely schedule analysis and insight
Qualifications:

- College degree preferred but not required
- 5+ years of project scheduling experience (projects in excess of $50 million)
- Technology literate / proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel) and Primavera
