Regional Property Manager – DFW

The Val Cap Group is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout Texas.

We are a growing real estate investment and management company focused on performance, accountability, and strong onsite teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands operations, knows how to push occupancy, and can confidently lead Community Managers to hit their goals.

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Texas multifamily communities
• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue growth
• Review financials, monitor budgets, and control expenses
• Coach, support, and hold Community Managers accountable
• Conduct regular property walks and site visits
• Monitor marketing performance and online reputation
• Assist with capital improvements and renovation projects
• Ensure company policies and standards are consistently followed

• 5+ years of Regional Manager experience (multifamily required)
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
  
  Proven track record of improving occupancy and NOI
• Experience with value-add assets preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within Texas
• Experience with Res Man, Knock, or similar systems preferred
