Senior Construction Buyer / Purchasing Director COMMERCIAL OR MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION

Dallas, Texas | In-House Leadership Role

I’m currently partnering with a highly respected Dallas-based development firm that specializes in delivering upscale, master-planned communities with extraordinary commercial entertainment amenities.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned construction purchasing leader who understands both the technical side of buyouts and the artistry behind high‑end development.

The projects?

Resort‑style amenity centers, water features, family entertainment environments, hospitality‑inspired interiors — typically in the $25M–$32M range.

This role will oversee two estimators while guiding the design‑to‑bid‑to‑buyout process for the commercial entertainment component across multiple active developments.

We are seeking someone who brings:

• 10+ years in commercial or multifamily estimating and purchasing
• Strong experience in negotiations, contracts, and project buyouts
• Exposure to highly specialized interior finishes and unique amenity construction
• Leadership maturity and a collaborative mindset
• A passion for delivering excellence at scale
• Experience and success managing a small team under you (2 Estimators)
