Senior Plumbing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Plumbing Manager to lead and oversee plumbing operations across multiple projects in the state of Texas. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of progressive plumbing leadership experience
, deep knowledge of Texas plumbing codes
, and a strong ability to manage teams, budgets, schedules, and compliance.

This role supports projects that require U.S. citizenship due to contractual, regulatory, or client-specific requirements.

• Lead and manage end-to-end plumbing operations across Texas-based projects
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with Texas State Plumbing Code
  , local regulations, and OSHA standards
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate plumbing supervisors, foremen, journeymen, and subcontractors
• Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and clients
• Manage material procurement, vendor relationships, and cost controls
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing and system integration issues
• Prepare executive-level progress reports, forecasts, and documentation

• 12+ years of experience in plumbing with demonstrated leadership responsibility
• Proven experience managing large commercial, industrial, or multi-residential projects
• Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and regulations
• Valid Texas Master Plumber License (required or ability to obtain promptly)
• Experience leading large teams and managing multi-project environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction and project management tools

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this role due to project and contractual obligations

• Candidates must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship at the time of hire

• Experience with government, infrastructure, healthcare, or education projects
• OSHA 30 Certification
• PMP or Construction Management certification
• Experience working with union and non-union labor environments

Salary range: $250,000 - $300,000 a year
