Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Plumbing Manager to lead and oversee plumbing operations across multiple projects in the state of Texas. The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of progressive plumbing leadership experience
, deep knowledge of Texas plumbing codes
, and a strong ability to manage teams, budgets, schedules, and compliance.
This role supports projects that require U.S. citizenship due to contractual, regulatory, or client-specific requirements.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end plumbing operations across Texas-based projects
- Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with Texas State Plumbing Code
, local regulations, and OSHA standards - Supervise, mentor, and evaluate plumbing supervisors, foremen, journeymen, and subcontractors
- Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, inspectors, and clients
- Manage material procurement, vendor relationships, and cost controls
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing and system integration issues
- Prepare executive-level progress reports, forecasts, and documentation
- 12+ years of experience in plumbing with demonstrated leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing large commercial, industrial, or multi-residential projects
- Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and regulations
- Valid Texas Master Plumber License (required or ability to obtain promptly)
- Experience leading large teams and managing multi-project environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with construction and project management tools
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this role due to project and contractual obligations
- No visa sponsorship is available for this position
- Candidates must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship at the time of hire
- Experience with government, infrastructure, healthcare, or education projects
- OSHA 30 Certification
- PMP or Construction Management certification
- Experience working with union and non-union labor environments
