The role represents CBRE’s Ethics & Compliance Program across the United States, mainly covering Global Workplace Solutions line of business operations within Building Operations & Experience business segment. The Compliance Senior Manager operates independently from the business and reports through the Global Risk, Ethics & Compliance organization to the AMS Region Compliance Senior Director, with ultimate accountability to the Global Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer.
Subject to available capacity and without compromising independence, the Compliance Senior Manager may also provide temporary, targeted support of US Advisory.
The US BOE FCO role exists to foster and strengthen “Tone at the Top” with country and business leadership, and to support the development of “Tone in the Middle”, empowering managers to lead on Ethics & Compliance risks and in alignment with CBRE’s culture and RISE values. The US BOE FCO is responsible for identifying material gaps in the local Ethics & Compliance program and prompting appropriate action to these gaps by working with local management and the Global Ethics & Compliance Programs as needed.
Where appropriate and subject to available capacity, the role may also deliver temporary, clearly scoped support to US Advisory to address defined needs at the direction of the AMS Regional Senior Director.
