* Four-Week Company-Paid Sabbatical Eligibility After Five Years of Service The Manager, Business Solutions will be responsible for leading and managing large, complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives and technology projects leveraging Agile, Scrum, and project management best practices.

The Manager, Business Solutions is responsible for the successful identification, qualification, design, and execution of innovative technology projects within Ryan practices. This individual, under the guidance of their aligned leader, will function as a critical junction point among clients, external resources, internal technology teams, and executive leadership.

This position requires a self-starting, creative problem solver with strong project management experience, hands-on software engineering expertise, and the ability to turn business ideas into scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building applications, integrating AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, and using large language models, including Claude or similar LLM platforms, to drive automation, insight generation, and decision-making.

Flawless client service and a positive attitude are critical to the success of this position. The ideal candidate will have a strong business process, tax and/or technology background, as well as a proven track record of successfully delivering leading-edge projects, contributing to strategic work streams, and driving digital transformation initiatives to completion.

* Leads multiple digital transformation projects successfully as Lead Project Manager.
