Studio Manager-West Village - Dallas

Role Summary

As a Studio Manager (SM), you lead the operations of a Core Power Yoga studio, coach and inspire the CPY classroom experience, create a premium sensory in‑studio environment, and train a team of yoga teachers and mindful leaders. You drive results with your District Manager and foster a Core Values culture.

• Act as a brand ambassador and business driver for Core Power Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all processes related to day‑to‑day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve studio membership goals.
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff in line with class‑count targets.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for membership, teacher‑training revenue, class count and attendance, client retention, and net promoter score.
• Lead and recruit for Teacher Training (TT) programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support teacher recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team (SET) to deliver an excellent studio and class experience.
• Stabilize studio growth, especially during the post‑opening period and throughout its lifetime, ensuring continued revenue, profitability, and cultural growth.
• Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily in‑studio, with flexibility for additional hours and at least one weekend day per week.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats to support studio success.
• Enforce Core Power Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols, aligning with company Core Values, the Employee Handbook, and organizational standards.
• Partner with the analytics team to design the most effective schedule based on student history and preferences.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a studio manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for community growth and meeting/exceeding key performance metrics.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across diverse personalities and seniority levels.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions‑oriented, nimble approach.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

5–6 days a week, 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day. Availability must match business needs and leadership schedules (morning, evening, weekend, some holidays). Must be able to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25lbs, and step in to teach any class format with little notice.
