Schedule and AvailabilityClinic Operating Hours including holiday extended hours and weekend availability.
Must commute reliably to home clinic and occasionally cover other clinics.
Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions- Ability to walk short distances, stand for long periods.
- Lifting/carrying inventory up to 25 lbs, reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull.
- Frequent talking/listening to clients in person and on phone.
- Operate standard office equipment: phones, keyboards, computers, touch screen devices.
- Vision: close vision, depth perception, color vision, focus adjustment.
Skin Laundry is growing and looking for laser-focused Clinic Managers to lead sales strategies and day‑to‑day management of clinics. As CM you will inspire and lead by example, coach, mentor, and drive client retention strategies, customer service initiatives, and clinic operations.
Responsibilities- Establish and lead execution of business strategies to drive KPI results and achieve sales goals.
- Develop relationships with partners and clients for new business opportunities.
- Customize local marketing and outreach plans; collaborate with Marketing for brand awareness.
- Sell memberships and products directly to clients.
- Train, hire, develop, and motivate a magnetic team.
- Coach and give feedback to all team members.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and meet service and retail sales targets.
- Organize regular team communication to discuss updates, issues, and opportunities.
- Evaluate employee performance and develop career plans.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in store operations, and uphold policies and standards.
- Develop monthly, weekly, daily clinic action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage physical inventory and forecasting.
- Address client issues professionally and timely.
- Recommend improvements to business procedures.
- Effectively manage team schedules to meet client needs and financial targets.
- 3‑5 years of management experience in a retail environment.
- Passion for accessible and inclusive beauty.
- Proficiency in Retail Math, MS Office Suite, and Outlook.
- Business strategist capable of day‑to‑day tactics and outstanding customer service.
- Commitment to uplifting culture, diversity, equity.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience working 1:1 with clients.
