What You'll Do:
Lead & Execute: Manage all phases of multi-billion-dollar construction projects, from planning to handover.Drive Performance: Ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.Team Leadership: Oversee cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, subcontractors, and site managers.Stakeholder Management: Work with investors, government agencies, and top executives to align on project goals.Risk & Compliance: Ensure all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and legal compliance measures are met.Innovation & Problem-Solving: Address complex challenges with strategic, innovative solutions.What We're Looking For:
Experience: 10+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong portfolio of billion-dollar projects.Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Certifications: PMP, CCM, or equivalent is preferred.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera, Project mates, etc. (plus)Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead diverse teams, negotiate contracts, and drive project success.Ready to Build the Future?
