What You’ll DoCommunity Outreach opportunities may include:
Community Outreach CoordinatorCommunity Outreach Coordinators help build and strengthen relationships within the local community while supporting store events, partnerships, and customer engagement efforts. This role combines community outreach with regular time spent on the sales floor, allowing team members to stay connected to the customer experience.
- Building relationships with local organizations, running groups, and community partners
- Supporting store events and outreach initiatives
- Assisting with website and social media content
- Promoting upcoming events and programs to customers
- Regularly outfitting customers and supporting the sales floor experience
Community Outreach Managers lead local outreach efforts and work closely with store leadership to drive customer acquisition, community engagement, and business growth.
- Developing and executing local outreach and marketing initiatives
- Creating partnerships with community organizations and race directors
- Managing store events and promotional activities
- Overseeing local website and social media content
- Coaching Community Outreach Coordinators (where applicable)
- Maintaining a regular presence on the sales floor and serving customers
Community Outreach Directors provide strategic leadership for outreach and marketing efforts across a multi-store market. They oversee community engagement strategies, customer acquisition efforts, event planning, and team development while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Leading market-wide outreach and community engagement strategies
- Driving customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
- Managing marketing budgets, events, and outreach campaigns
- Developing partnerships with community organizations and event partners
- Leading and developing Community Outreach Managers and Coordinators
- Collaborating with store leadership and Store Support teams to support market growth
- Maintaining regular connection to the customer experience through in‑store outfitting
