Ardurra is seeking an Aviation Project Manager to join our growing team in Texas. Candidates must reside in Texas; the role is hybrid or fully remote. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus are offered.

The Aviation Project Manager will oversee airport design and construction projects, serve as client manager, and mentor junior staff. The role covers project planning, regulatory approvals, environmental compliance, financial planning, legislative strategy, land acquisition, and design phasing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• PE License
• 8+ years’ experience in airport design or construction
• Experience in airport design and project management
• Aviation engineering & construction administration experience
• Strong knowledge of FAA advisory circulars and the grant process
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, able to work on challenging projects

• Quality control of project design and contract documents
• Office support during construction

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Navigate various locations and settings of the company
• Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and able to safely operate a vehicle
• Travel for site visits and client meetings

$110,000 to $160,000 (DOE)
