BIDW Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams (including program teams if applicable), gather status, and assist in resolving issues surrounding projects.
• Organize and lead daily scrum calls, remove impediments, support product owners and delegates with backlog and release plan maintenance, provide reports on iteration status, and ensure all ITUP processes and deliverables are met.
• Maintain an Issue/Action items log for the project team through status meetings and follow up until actions are closed, and share status if the project goes into a jeopardy status with leadership.
• Host project meetings and working sessions to resolve issues, attend status calls with leadership and program status calls if applicable.
• Understand and complete financial reports on a monthly basis.
• Maintain ITUP PRISM project work, workbook updates, and project timelines.
• Be very organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work in a multi‑cultural environment and manage a globally diverse team.
• Maintain training on AT&T systems as well as AMDOCs training.
• Gather and compile the weekly executive status.

• Previous project management experience (5+ years).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with AMDOCs leadership and AT&T leadership on projects.
• Project management experience that includes the full SDLC model and/or PMI model of the project management lifecycle.
• Excellent customer skills – ability to understand customer requirements, follow up, support customers in all their needs and statuses, and become a trusted advisor.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork within AMDOCs and outside, such as with AT&T and other contracting companies assigned to projects.
• Previous AT&T account experience is required.
• ITUP training and knowledge, including but not limited to financial estimates. Technical skills and program management experience are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, position‑appropriate mentoring and leadership abilities, ability to quickly master new systems and/or processes, capacity to stay organized while managing competing priorities, and a deep customer‑service orientation both internally and externally.
