We are seeking a hands-on finance leader to oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, business operations, and key administrative functions. This role will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership while maintaining ownership of day-to-day financial operations, reporting, forecasting, systems administration, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with operational leadership experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilitie

  • gLead all accounting operations and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • .Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, accruals, and financial statement preparation
  • .Manage multi-entity accounting and consolidation activities
  • .Review and analyze project and business unit profitability to support management decision-making
  • .Maintain strong internal controls and ensure financial reporting accuracy
  • sOwn the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities
  • .Develop financial models, business performance metrics, and profitability analyses
  • .Support pricing and commercial decision-making through financial analysis
  • .Administer sales commission calculations and reporting
  • .Prepare executive and board-level reporting packages and presentations

.Treasury & Cash Managemen

  • tManage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
  • .Oversee banking relationships and treasury activities
  • .Monitor financing arrangements and ensure compliance with lending requirements and covenants
  • .Support capital planning and financial risk management initiatives

.Tax, Compliance & Corporate Administratio

  • nCoordinate federal, state, and local tax compliance activities with external advisors
  • .Support ownership, investor, and stakeholder reporting requirements
  • .Oversee corporate insurance programs and annual renewals
  • .Assist with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and special projects as needed

.Systems & Business Process Improve men

  • tOwn finance and accounting systems administration, reporting, integrations, and data integrity
  • .Partner with business stakeholders to optimize operational systems and reporting workflows
  • .Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve efficiency, scalability, and control effectiveness
  • .Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance and business operations

.Business Operations Suppor

  • tPartner with commercial and operational teams to improve reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement
  • .Support contract administration, revenue tracking, and operational reporting processes
  • .Coordinate with third-party service providers on business technology and operational initiatives
  • .Manage cross-functional projects that support organizational growth and scalability

.Leadership & Team Develop men

  • tLead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance personnel
  • .Establish priorities, allocate resources, and manage team workloads
  • .Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
  • .Participate in hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning activities

Qualificatio

  • ns Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferre
  • d.Progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, and finance leadership role
  • s.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparatio
  • n.Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and business planning processe
  • s.Proven ability to implement process improvements and leverage technology to drive efficienc
  • y.Excellent communication skills with experience presenting financial information to executive leadership and stakeholder
  • s.Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing team
