This position is in Region 6, Mission Support Division, Comptroller branch, Budget Operations Section. About Region 6 This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive system of budgetary planning and control to ensure appropriate allocation and execution of appropriated funds among all operational units.
• Coordinate and oversee technical or administrative work involving key programs to ensure alignment of fiscal laws, regulations, and Agency policies and procedures.
• Serve as a technical advisor on issues pertaining to annual budget distribution, execution, and annual performance measures.
• Represent the organizational unit with a variety of stakeholders to establish effective working relationships and resolve problems that arise.
• Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to accomplish work.
• You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
