The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities:

• Implement the sales strategy in the field
• Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature
• Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long‑term, profitable partnerships
• Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio

• Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team
• Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of new hires
• Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
• 1 to 2 years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering‑related fields
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions
• Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Results‑oriented with a rigorous and structured approach
