THE ROLE
The Regional Director is responsible for the overall success of multiple early childhood schools throughout the Greater Dallas, TX market. This role partners closely with school Principals to drive enrollment growth, strengthen employee retention, ensure regulatory compliance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who balances strategic thinking with operational execution. You will spend significant time in schools coaching leaders, solving problems, building accountability, and ensuring each school is positioned for long-term success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Lead, coach, and develop multiple school Principals to strengthen leadership effectiveness and school performance
- Conduct regular school visits to assess operations, provide support, and drive continuous improvement
- Drive enrollment growth, re-enrollment, and tour conversion performance across assigned schools
- Partner with school leaders to improve family engagement, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Support recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention efforts to build strong school teams
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies
- Monitor staffing levels and classroom ratios to support operational and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Enrollment, Marketing, Facilities, and other support teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze performance metrics and develop action plans to improve results across assigned schools
- Monitor school financial performance, operational expenses, and budget adherence
- Support the execution of company initiatives, operational programs, and strategic priorities
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
You are a results-oriented leader who thrives in a multi-site environment and enjoys developing others. You know how to build trust, create accountability, and drive consistent execution across multiple locations. You are comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and navigating competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on people, performance, and customer experience.
You are equally comfortable discussing enrollment strategy, coaching a Principal, reviewing operational metrics, or responding to an urgent school issue. Most importantly, you understand that strong schools are built through strong leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience required
- Experience leading multiple locations within education, childcare, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or other service-based industries preferred
- Demonstrated success leading leaders and driving business performance through others
- Strong operational, financial, and analytical skills
- Experience working in highly regulated environments preferred
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
- Must reside in or near the Mobile, Alabama market
