Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager in Dallas to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management on-site to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines.
As the on-site leader you will manage personnel, monitor leasing activities, develop annual operating budgets, and ensure timely financial reporting.
