Asst. Project Manager - Commercial​/Industrial Electrical Construction in Dallas

Humphrey & Associates has been operating in the DFW area for more than 40 years and we are always looking to improve our team with talented people. The company is a family-owned electrical and mechanical contracting business.

Assisting in supervision of all job responsibilities including estimating, material expediting, profit & loss statements, paper flow, purchasing, vendor/employee relations, and customer relations. The position is for individuals with at least 5 years of field experience and some project management experience.

• Perform tasks under direct supervision of Project Manager.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assist in cost estimates of material and labor based on jobsite visits and drawings.
• Have knowledge of other trades and coordinate their work with our scope, as well as knowledge of electrical/mechanical construction.
• Be familiar with code authorities’ requirements, convey information to field via verbal and written communication, and be knowledgeable of company policy and procedures.

• Current Driver’s License and reliable transportation; may be required to maintain an applicable state license.
• High School graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent training.
• 5 years of field experience, and/or some project manager experience.
• Completion of OSHA 10‑hour course and current certification in CPR/First Aid.
• No moving violations or DWI’s within the last 3 years.
• Must pass a 90‑day drug screen.
