Job DescriptionProduction Manager – responsible for all aspects of the location’s production department. Duties include visiting work sites, coordinating production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, soliciting new business, and supporting the Branch Manager to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability. Manage a team, monitor installation processes, and oversee human resources activities such as interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management and development. Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities- Visit work sites and coordinate production schedules.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and solicit new business.
- Support the Branch Manager in improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
- Manage staff and monitor installation processes.
- Handle all human resources functions: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
- Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
- 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (preferably in construction, installation, or trades).
- Bi‑lingual English/Spanish preferred.
Local travel; less than 50% of the time. Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend hours as required by job demand.
Physical RequirementsProlonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and good hand‑eye coordination and hand dexterity. Lifting up to 50 pounds depending on job duties.
