Lead Critical Infrastructure Operations
- Are you a proven leader with a passion for critical infrastructure?
- As a Data Center Manager, you'll spearhead the preventative maintenance and repair services for a key client data center.
- This role is your chance to lead a high-performing team, guarantee operational uptime, and drive continuous improvement in a critical environment.

- Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team, fostering growth and conducting performance evaluations. - Operational Management:
Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs. - Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Manage client relationships, meet MSA requirements, and communicate effectively with senior management on critical issues. - Infrastructure Assurance:
Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with all standards. - Quality & Standards:
Verify pristine data hall conditions, ensure all deployments meet industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation. - Risk & Methodologies:
Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments. - Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve complex operational issues, contributing to process enhancements. - Values Alignment:
Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
- Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Leadership:
Proven background in team staffing, development, coaching, and performance management. - Communication:
Exceptional ability to convey complex information and manage expectations. - Problem-Solving:
Strong skills in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational challenges.
