The Opportunity:

Lead Critical Infrastructure Operations
  • Are you a proven leader with a passion for critical infrastructure?
  • As a Data Center Manager, you'll spearhead the preventative maintenance and repair services for a key client data center.

What You'll Do (Your Impact):
  • Team Leadership:
    Supervise, mentor, train, and develop a dedicated team, fostering growth and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Operational Management:
    Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders, PMs, and repairs within SLAs.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations:
    Manage client relationships, meet MSA requirements, and communicate effectively with senior management on critical issues.
  • Infrastructure Assurance:
    Oversee facility and IT equipment installations, relocations, and decommissions, ensuring compliance with all standards.
  • Quality & Standards:
    Verify pristine data hall conditions, ensure all deployments meet industry standards, and maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Risk & Methodologies:
    Prepare and present Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Proactively identify and resolve complex operational issues, contributing to process enhancements.
  • Values Alignment:
    Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence).
What You’ll Need (Your Expertise):
  • Experience:

    3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Leadership:
    Proven background in team staffing, development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional ability to convey complex information and manage expectations.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong skills in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational challenges.
