Senior Project Manager, Land Development,
Our client, a well established civil engineering and land development firm with a strong presence across Texas, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects from entitlements through construction.
What you'll do- Manage land development projects end to end: due diligence, permitting, design, and construction administration
- Serve as the primary client contact and lead a team of engineers and designers
- Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, and regulatory agencies across Texas jurisdictions
- Mentor junior engineers and support business development with existing and new clients
- Must Have a PE license (Texas license or ability to obtain reciprocity)
- 8+ years of land development experience, ideally including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of Texas permitting processes (water management districts, county/municipal review)
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- Proven project management and client-facing experience
- Direct path to Principal/ownership track for the right candidate
- Established backlog of local land development work
- Collaborative, employee-focused culture
