Cloudavize is seeking an Account Manager to own ongoing relationships with our managed IT and project clients. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of about 25 clients today, with growth toward 25–40 as we scale.
You’ll handle client satisfaction, retention, and opportunities to expand services within your accounts. You will work closely with our technical team, who will support you with scoping and credibility.
