Opesity is seeking a Client Relations Supervisor to serve as the daily liaison between the client and our operations team. You will foster strong relationships, improve satisfaction through timely issue resolution, and drive service enhancement initiatives.
You will manage day-to-day client portfolios, monitor performance against targets, produce weekly reports, and support meeting room and workspace operations. The role requires 2–3 years in service industries and strong MS Office/AV skills.
