Own KPI health and process strategy for regional inventory, monitoring site-level trends and cross-DC patterns;
Review large daily adjustments (> $1,000) and ensure RCA quality and corrective actions by IC Managers;
Monitor regional UDR, VFR, donation, salvage, and liquidation pipelines and resolve backlogs with DC IC Manager accountability;
Deliver monthly inventory health recaps to the Director of Inventory Management with multi-site trend analysis and recommendations;
Develop IC processes and SOPs, drive enterprise initiatives, and partner with corporate leadership to execute regional strategies
