We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Manager who understands the business of dentistry just as well as the people side. Someone who can balance strategy with execution, hold teams accountable while keeping morale high, and confidently drive performance across a growing region of dental offices.

This role is for a leader who wants ownership, influence, and impact, not micromanagement.

Role Summary

As a Regional Manager, you will oversee the operational efficiency, growth, and development of multiple dental offices in your region. You will ensure a seamless patient experience, drive financial success, and cultivate a supportive and high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with strong dental industry knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for optimizing operational performance.

Responsibilities

Operational:

  • Drive the growth of general dentistry, specialty services, hygiene, and collections across all practices in the region.
  • Ensure financial reports are accurate and goals are consistently met across the region.
  • Analyze internal processes, track industry trends, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Oversee the maintenance and safety of facilities, ensuring a clean and secure environment.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, operational reports, and ensure all practices are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise billing, collections, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Lead efforts to enhance patient satisfaction, resolve complaints, and provide an exceptional patient experience.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, Dental Board regulations, and insurance plan requirements.
  • Work closely with the executive team to track progress and ensure practices are meeting regional and company-wide targets.
  • Assess and implement additional providers and services, including General Dentistry, Hygiene, and Specialty services.
Personnel
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for employees in your region.
  • Manage staffing levels, and approve employee schedules, time off, and vacation requests.
  • Oversee staff development, coaching, and employee relations.
  • Provide leadership to ensure that dental teams meet or exceed production goals and performance expectations.
  • Ensure that regulatory and compliance standards are being met across all practices.
  • Support dental professionals to ensure quality care is provided and operational efficiency is maintained.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of regional dental management experience.
  • Experience with Open Dental Software a plus
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to drive team performance.
  • Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and achieving financial goals.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong patient and employee relationships.
  • Comfortable managing operations for multiple locations.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Spanish language proficiency a plus.
Compensation
  • Competitive salary of $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience including a percentage of revenue monthly bonus structure
