Overall Purpose

Perform end-to-end IT project management throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with client goals, business strategies, and industry best practices while managing concurrent projects of varying complexity across multiple regions and functions.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Planning, Scheduling, and Dependency Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet milestones. Manage the release of complex features that require integrated releases across applications.
  • Stakeholder and Client Management: Engage with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements, align project outcomes with business goals, and ensure needs are met.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Direct project teams, assign tasks, and ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Risk and Budget Management: Identify and mitigate risks, manage the project budget, track expenditures, and ensure financial constraints are met.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, organizational standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the SDLC.

An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.

• 7+ years of related experience.

• Certification is required in some areas.

Compensation

Principal Software Delivery Project/Program Management earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
