Assistant Manager – Dallas

Need experienced Assistant Manager for dual sites, Vesper and 5636 Apartments in Dallas, TX. Must have at least 1 year of experience as Assistant Manager at an apartment community. A valid driver’s license and proof of auto liability required. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Yardi experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Performs all aspects of Assistant Manager, including but not limited to greeting prospective clients, showing community, and outside marketing as needed.

• Must be knowledgeable of all phases of bookkeeping, collections, and resident retention.
• Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy.
• Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
• Contacts each Notice‑to‑Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal.
• Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction.

Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other assistant manager duties as well.
