Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate PSAs and review leases with precision.
- Analyze environmental and property condition reports.
- Involved during the acquisition and disposition stages related to legal coordination and post-closing.
- Review settlement statements and ensure insurance compliance.
- Lead post-closing handoff meetings to ensure smooth transitions.
- Build relationships with attorneys, brokers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes.
- 6+ years in transaction management.
- Confident communicator – great with clients, attorneys, and public speaking.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in title docs, leases, and third-party reports.
Depending on skill set and experience, this role pays $115k-$125k + bonus.
