What You'll DoLead with Purpose- Set the example through your attitude, knowledge, and treatment of others
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in person
- Drive implementation of company policies and initiatives across your portfolio
- Hold your team accountable by celebrating wins and coaching through challenges
- Hire and support Property Managers across your portfolio
- Coordinate training for on-site associates
- Ensure on-site customer service practices reflect industry best practices
- Step in to resolve escalated customer service concerns
- Conduct regular property inspections and drive improvement plans
- Partner with vendors and contractors on services, pricing, and terms
- Build marketing, leasing, renewal, and budget plans that move the needle
- Monitor performance against goals and correct course when needed
- Identify and pursue new fee management business opportunities
- Report to the Director of Management Operations and company ownership
- Collaborate across departments including HR, accounting, construction, and development
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Regional Property Management role.
