Altruist is seeking an Onboarding Program Lead, Enterprise to own end-to-end onboarding for our largest firms. You will translate firm structure and objectives into actionable transition plans, guiding complex engagements from start to handoff. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the Dallas office.
You will shape playbooks, milestones, and standards for scalable onboarding and may grow into people leadership as the function evolves, reporting to Onboarding leadership.
