Salary: $110,000/Year

Tiello is partnered with a leading commercial construction and building services organization specializing in emergency repairs, leak investigations, building maintenance, and small-scale construction services.

We are seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead a growing service division, overseeing operations, client relationships, team performance, project budgets, and overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for small-scale construction and service projects
• Manage multiple projects from start to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and collections
• Lead and develop team members while promoting accountability
• Ensure safety, quality, and company standards are maintained
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, building services, or a related field
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction operations and project management
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
