Position: Department Manager — Commercial Construction & Service
Salary: $110,000/Year

Tiello is partnered with a leading commercial construction and building services organization specializing in emergency repairs, leak investigations, building maintenance, and small-scale construction services.
We are seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead a growing service division, overseeing operations, client relationships, team performance, project budgets, and overall profitability.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for small-scale construction and service projects
- Manage multiple projects from start to completion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and collections
- Lead and develop team members while promoting accountability
- Ensure safety, quality, and company standards are maintained
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction, building services, or a related field
- Previous management or leadership experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction operations and project management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
