As a Facilities Manager
, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and long‑term planning of all buildings, grounds, and facility systems. You will coordinate repair projects, manage service contracts, supervise facility staff, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. You will monitor building conditions, lead inspections, support capital improvement planning, and maintain accurate documentation across all facility operations. Your work ensures the clinic remains safe, efficient, and fully functional for staff, patients, and visitors.
YOU ARE:
- - Experienced in facility operations — You bring at least four years of building operations supervision and have experience managing contracts.
- - Reliable and adaptable — You handle physical tasks, adjust to changing priorities, work flexible hours, and support facility needs across multiple locations.
- - Organized and tech‑capable — You use spreadsheets, email, calendars, and databases to track projects, inspections, inventory, and documentation.
- - Effective at managing people — You can supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and maintain strong working relationships across departments.
- - Knowledgeable in building systems — You understand HVAC, basic electrical and plumbing concepts, and facility maintenance best practices.
- - Must be able to maintain required immunizations and medical testing as required by the organization.
