Salon Centric, a wholly owned subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail District Manager to maximize sales and drive performance across the Texas West district. You will lead a team of Store Managers and Associates, uphold customer service, merchandising and operational standards, and report to the Regional Director.
The role requires 5–7 years in retail management, hands-on leadership, travel 60–80%, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
