Salon Centric, a wholly owned subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Retail District Manager to drive sales and lead a team of Store Managers across the Dallas East district.
You will recruit, coach and develop staff, analyze trends, execute pricing and merchandising strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service and operations in all stores. This role requires 5–7 years of retail leadership and 60–80% travel.
