Your Role, Your Impact- Ensure scalable operations by optimizing shift workflows and resource allocation
- Foster collaboration across maintenance, engineering, and operations teams for seamless service
- Maintain high reliability standards through rigorous quality checks and proactive issue resolution

What You Bring- High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in rail, manufacturing, or industrial operations
- Proficiency in shift management systems, maintenance protocols, and safety compliance
- Strong understanding of operational excellence, lean principles, and process optimization
- Effective communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Consistent achievement of delivery timelines and operational targets
- Strength of collaboration and team leadership across shifts
- Reduction in defects, improved troubleshooting, and increased operational efficiency
- Work with advanced rail technologies and contribute to strategic vision
